With this smooth looking new player, Lenovo seems to be breaking into the ever-broadening cube shaped MP3 player market. This Easy Cube M500 is plenty smooth despite its somewhat larger footprint than other cube shaped players. It comes with a built in speaker and is starting at around $50. Another feature/downside of the player is that it requries SD/MMC cards to store all the data. Interesting? Yes. Revolutionary? It certainly would have been a year ago.
