PCMag.com has written a review on Phillips’ new 6GB Hard Drive MP3 player. It looks like Phillips is trying to win over some of the remaining iPod Mini market with their new design. Unfortunately, PCMag claims that the new button layout looks more like a downgrade than an improvement from their previous model, the HDD6330. I haven’t got to check one out yet, but have to say that I wasn’t crazy with the HDD6330 – the player had an uncanny ability to boldly display the greasy fingerprints of anyone that ever touched the device – so a change could be good. Anyway, this review gives a pretty good look at the pro’s and con’s of the new device and is worth checking out.
